Product marketing involves working at the intersection of product development, marketing, and sales. Their comprehensive responsibility is to develop and implement a marketing strategy roadmap for a specific product.
Marketers will also be participating actively in the senior marketing leadership team, working with C-Suite members to encourage marketing innovation, and cooperating with Financial Directors, Vice Presidents, and Chief Financial Officers to streamline the business model and improve revenue. They will also work closely with Product teams to ensure that they have a deep grasp of the product so that they can deliver the best possible support to customers and clients.
